What is Punjab and Sindh Bank Appertince Recruitment 2024?
The Punjab and Sindh Bank has released the notification for the recruitment of Apperitivne for the Delhi and Punjab regions. There are 100 Vacancies in total, 70 of which are for the Punjab region and 30 for the Delhi Region. Candidates who have graduated from a recognized university can apply for these vacancies from 16 October 2024 to 31 October 2024.

Eligibility Criteria
The Candidates should meet the following eligibility Criteria:
Education Eligibility Criteria
- The candidate should have passed regular graduation in any discipline from a recognized university as of 31/10/2024.
- The candidate should be proficient in the local language (Reading, Writing, Speaking, and Understanding) of state /UT. The candidate should produce an 8th/ 10th/ 12th or graduate-level standard mark sheet/certificate evidencing they have studied one of the languages as the local language.
- Students who have completed Post-Graduation qualifications are not eligible for apprentice training.
- Students with work experience of 1 year or more are not eligible to apply.
Age Criteria
The Candidate should not be below 20 years and not above 28 years as of 01/10/2024.

Selection Procedure
The final selection of the candidates will be subject to verification of eligibility for the post and information furnished in the online application and merit as per HSC / 10th +2 marks.
- Candidates have to furnish their selected state and district in the application itself merit list will be drawn State, District, and category-wise.
- Candidates that qualify the minimum eligibility criteria will be placed according to their 10 + 2 marks in descending order in the respective category state and district
- In case more than one candidate scores the same marks as the cut-off marks in the merit list such candidates will be ranked in the merit list according to their Age in descending order in respective category state and district.

How To Apply
Application Process:
Following is the application process to apply online:
- Candidates are to visit the Bank’s website punjabandsindbank.co.in/.
- Then click on the recruitment page and then click on ADVERTISEMENT FOR Recruitment of Apprentice.
- To register applications, choose the tab “Click here for New Registration” and enter your Name, contact details, and e-mail ID. A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated by the system and
- displayed on the screen. Candidate should note down the Provisional Registration Number and Password. An e-mail & SMS indicating the Provisional Registration number and Password will also be sent.
- In case the candidate is unable to complete the application form in one go, he/she can save the data already entered by choosing the “SAVE AND NEXT” tab. Before submission of the online application, candidates are advised to use the “SAVE AND NEXT” facility to verify the details in the online application form and modify the same if required. Visually Impaired candidates should fill out the application form carefully and verify/ get the details verified to ensure that the same are correct before final submission.
- Candidates are advised to carefully fill and verify the details filled in the online application themselves as no change will be possible/ entertained after clicking the FINAL SUBMIT BUTTON.
- The Name of the candidate or his /her Father/ Husband etc. should be spelled correctly in the application as it appears in the Certificates/ Mark sheets. Any change/alteration found may disqualify the candidature.
- Validate your details and Save your application by clicking the ‘Validate your details’ and ‘Save & Next’ buttons.
- Candidates can proceed to upload Photo & Signature as per the specifications given in the Guidelines for Scanning and Upload of Photograph and Signature – (Annexure II).
- Candidates can proceed to fill in other details of the Application Form.
- Click on the Preview Tab to preview and verify the entire application form before COMPLETE REGISTRATION.
- Modify details, if required, and click on ‘COMPLETE REGISTRATION’ only after verifying and ensuring that the photograph, signature uploaded and other details filled in by you are correct.
- Click on the ‘Payment’ Tab and proceed with online payment.
- The process of Registration is complete only when the fee is deposited with the Bank Online mode on or before the last date for payment of a fee.
