What is UIIC Administrative Officers Recruitment 2024?
United India Insurance Company Limited (UIIC) is a public sector insurance company that is fully owned by the Government of India and annually recruits Administrative Officers. This year also the UIIC has released the notification to fill 200 vacant positions of Administrative Officers (AO), out of which 100 are for Specialist Officers and 100 for Generalist Officers.

Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess a certificate as proof of passing the qualifying examination on
30/09/2024. The minimum Educational Qualifications required for various disciplines are:

The Candidate should not be below 21 years and not above 30 years as of 30/09/2024. The Candidate must have not been born earlier than 01/10/1994 and not later than 30/09/20003, Both dates included.

Selection Procedure
The selection of candidates will be done based on their performance in the Online examination and Interview. For Every Wrong Answer, a 1/4th mark will be deducted as a penalty in the Exam. There will be a section wise cut off in each section and an overall cut-off in each
category.

Descriptive Test (Both Generalists and Specialists):
The Descriptive Test of 30 minutes duration with 30 marks will be a Test of the English Language (Letter Writing-10 marks & Essay-20 marks). The descriptive test will be in English and will be conducted through on-
line mode. Each candidate will be required to obtain a minimum score for each section of the objective test separately for shortlisting for the Descriptive test evaluation.

How to Apply
Following is the application process to apply online:
- Candidates to visit the website https://uiic.co.in/en/home click on the recruitment page and then click on Recruitment to the Recruitment of Administrative Officer (Scale I)
- Then Candidates need to click on “Apply Here”.
- To register applications, choose the “Click here for New Registration” tab and enter your Name, contact details, and e-mail ID. A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. The candidate should note the provisional registration number and password.
- An e-mail & SMS indicating the Provisional Registration number and Password will also be sent.
- Candidates are advised to carefully fill and verify the details in the online application themselves as no change will be possible/ entertained after clicking the FINAL SUBMIT BUTTON.
- Validate your details and Save your application by clicking the ‘Validate your details’ and ‘Save & Next’ buttons.
- Candidates can proceed to upload their Photo & Signature as per the specifications given in the Guidelines for Scanning and Upload of Photograph and Signature.
- Click on the Preview Tab to preview and verify the entire application form before Submitting the Application.
- Click on the ‘Payment’ Tab and proceed with online payment.
- The process of Registration is complete only when the fee is deposited with the Bank Online mode on or before the last date for payment of the fee.
