What is GATE 2025?
Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is a national-level exam that tests your understanding of various subjects in Engineering, Technology, Architecture, Science, Commerce, Arts, and Humanities. GATE 2025 will be a Computer Based Test (CBT) and is being organized by the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee. The GATE Exam is an important exam for students who want to pursue master’s or doctoral programs or want to apply for government Jobs across various Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).

- Regular Registration End Date: 26 September, 2024

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates currently studying in any undergraduate degree program’s 3rd or higher year.
OR
Candidates who have already completed any government-approved degree program in Engineering/ Technology/ Architecture/ Science/Commerce/ Arts/ Humanities are eligible to appear in the exam.
Exam Pattern
The GATE 2025 exam will be conducted online (Computer Based Exam) for 30 Test Paper Subjects. The exam will include 65 questions, totaling 100 marks. The questions will be a mix of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), Multiple Select Questions (MSQs), and Numerical Answer Type (NAT) questions.
