Education Qualification
The Education qualification for all 1456 posts are :
- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with 50% marks and 2 Years of Diploma in Elementary Education; OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education per the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations 2002; OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B. El. Ed.);
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2 year Diploma in Education (Special Education);
OR
B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) - Certificate of having qualified Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET)/School Teachers Eligibility Test (STET)
- Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit or 10+2/B.A./M.A. with Hindi as one of the subjects.

Criteria For Selection, Examination & Syllabus
Examination:
For the shortlisting of the candidates, there will be an offline (OMR-based) written objective-type exam of 95 marks. There will be no negative marking in the exam. There will be a total of 100 questions in the exam with a weightage of 0.95 marks for each question. A candidate has to compulsory mark 1 out of 5 options given. Candidates may please note that as per the notification if the candidate doesn’t mark any of the five options for a question then 0.95 marks shall be deducted for any unattempted questions. - Scanned Copy of Essential Academic Qualifications and Matriculation Certificate showing Date of Birth and other relevant details.
- Scanned Copy of SC/BCA/BCB/ /ESM//PwD (Person with Disabilities) certificate, eligibility certificate for the family member of ESM and children/grandchildren of Freedom Fighters.
- Scanned Photograph.
- Scanned signatures of the Candidate.
- Scanned copy of all documents showing higher qualification, experience, etc. as per criteria if applicable
- Haryana Bonafide Resident certificate if applicable.
- EWS certificate as per Annexure-IV (Please refer to the HSSC PRT Recruitment 2024 notification link shared at the end of this post).
- Discharge Certificate/Book, if discharged from the Armed Forces For (ESM)
- Eligibility certificate for family members of ESM.
- Eligibility certificate and Disability certificate for Dependent of Disabled ESM.
